Shipping & Delivery
Our products ship within 5-7 business after the order is placed.
Due to global supply chain challenges, shipping times could be longer than usual.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. All orders over $150 qualify for free shipping and is automatically applied at checkout.
Yes, we offer free shipping on orders over $150.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Route Package Protection covers packages that are lost, stolen and damaged. All packages are eligible for Route protections, however customers must select this option at checkout for a small fee. Customers who opt out of Route, acknowledge that Everywhen Apparel is not responsible, or liable for any lost, stolen or damaged packages. To file a claim with Route, click here.
Returns & Refunds
Yes, to be eligible for a return and refund, all items must be unworn in their original condition. If a customers returned items do not meet this threshold, we are unable to offer a refund.
A refund request can be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date. After 14 days we are unable to offer a full refund.
When an order does not include free shipping, all shipping costs (including the return shipping) are paid by the customer. A $10 flat fee will be deducted from the customers refund to cover return shipping costs.
We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

To initiate a return, please send us an email with the words "Return" and your order number to hello@everywhenapparel.co
